Musician Spice Diana has revealed her favourite Ugandan artistes, and yes, it is Coke Studio’s Juliana Kanyomozi.
Speaking to a fan during an interview, Spice was tasked to talk about her favourite artiste and why she likes him/her. The name Juliana popped up almost instantly and Spice was quick to add that Juliana’s gracefulness makes her tick.
“I like Juliana because of her self-respect, self-esteem and her versatility,” Spice said. “And the way she keeps a low profile.”
She also used the same interview as an opportunity to talk about her mushrooming fans who dawn her t-shirts everywhere in Kampala to show their support.
“I have a big team of Spice fans and diehards. They are committed to doing anything to push my career. Team Spice has a Facebook account, Twitter handle, Instagram and WhatsApp so we are professional,” she talked about her large army that can only be compared to that of Juliana and Bebe Cool.
“We also do donations, voluntary cleaning, among other things. I am proud of them and surprisingly, I do not pay them, but only fund every project that they come up with. We shall be celebrating our anniversary as a team on November 28 at Club Silk,” she concluded.
Spice also talked about her favourite songs at the moment. Imagine by Geosteady, Nkwagala by Radio & Weasel, Mbilo Mbilo by Kenzo, Sagala Ntalo by Ziza Bafana, Kalibatanya by Juliana, Katono Tono Winnie Nwagi and Katono Tono by Rema were all on her list.
