Kiwatule-based Asylum bar owner and Daily Monitor lifestyle journalist, Darius Mugisha is nursing wounds after an unknown chap thumped him to pulp and dislocated his jaws.
The incident happened in a flash somewhere in Kiwatule when a driver of a battered Land Cruiser, Reg No. UAN 860V, intentionally blocked the road. When an irritated Darius confronted him, the chap drew a gun on his head and shushed him. Darius coiled his tail and muted in fear. Much as the guy looked a bit frail than Darius, he relegated him down to his knees. Darius, trembled his lower lip upon seeing a gun on his head as he silently begged him not to pull the trigger. The said guy disguised as an OC.
As if the gun wasn’t enough, the guy raced back to his car, removed a whip and lashed Darius like a school boy. Darius was left in a pool of his own tears, cursing silently as he helplessly looked at the lad drive off his blood-shot squinty eyes. He has since embarked on looking for the guy’s identity so that he can be brought to book.
