Eric Omondi

Eric Omondi boasts of being one of Kenya’s top comedians, through his talent and passion he has managed to create a niche for himself in the hearts of many East Africans. He has already proved that he is not a one time show comedian, he was made and born for the industry and he works to shape it up each day.

Well just like everyone’s journey up the hill, the comedian also went through hardships during his pursue for a degree. While speaking to Citizen Digital recently, Eric revealed that he spent a total of 7 years on his Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism.

He enrolled in 2003 and instead of graduating after 4 years he spent an additional three years after a long struggle with tuition fee that eventually cleared up when he was awarded a scholarship with the university. This was not after spending two years out of school during which he traveled back home to Kisumu. Well whats life without hardships? Boring.
