Local hit series, Deception that airs on NTV is set to return in season 7 very soon.
The team behind the series has revealed that the new season will be as exciting and dramatic as its predecessors. However, the premiere date remains uncertain with the producers promising it will be soon and worth the wait.
“Deception is currently airing repeats as the cooking for season seven happens. We promise it won’t be for long and the waiting will be worthwhile,” the producers of the series said.
Stella Nante, who is known for her role as “Jackie” in the series, added that the new season will be breathtaking. “Deception NTV Season 7 is coming soon. It’s exciting, breathtaking and better,” she said.
The drama series that has been airing since 2013 has been described by some critics as the best drama on Ugandan TV.
Synopsis:
Deception is a drama series that centers on Monica and Chris, a happily childless married couple whose life turns around when Nalweyiso (Monica’s mother in law), decides to move into their house with a demand for a grandchild. She blames Monica for failing to give Chris a child and turns her life into hell with treacherous schemes and scandalous attacks day by day. Chris and Monica’s marriage is put to the test as Nalweyiso fights to end it and Monica fights to keep it against all odds.
