Irene Namatovu is still excited about winning an award at the recently concluded Uganda Entertainment Awards that were held at Speke Resort Munyonyo. Namatovu’s smash hit “Kuzala Kujjagana” was named the song of the year at the awards.
Speaking about her big win, Namatovu’s joy was palpable as she thanked fans for supporting her music.
She said: “Sometimes u can never tell what change will bring to your life or career, am glad having awarded #KuzalaKujjagana Song Of the year at the recently concluded Uganda Entertainment Awards, really awesome, thanks so much for the votes fam! Da Nu Eagles Family – DNEF, good things just keep coming!”
Meanwhile, the singer will perform in the UK at the Uganda Convention after party this Saturday.
