Loziyo Tamale, media guru Joel Isabirye’s personal assistant and presenter at Kawa Fm, an online radio station, has graduated from UMCAT with a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.
He had this to say upon graduating: “I thank God and Professor Joel Isabirye for guiding and enabling me to finish my studies in time.”
Joel Isabirye also congratulated him and welcomed him to the media industry officially.
