Uganda Waragi new look

By Luyombya Derrick

Uganda Waragi, the premium gin from Uganda has been on the market for 50 years, and to mark their years of existence on the market a stunning, iconic and world class new bottle has been introduced.

The campaign dubbed the SO UG is celebrating the greatness of the spirit on the national market and to the world.

The new iconic bottle creates a symbol of national pride that embodies the great spirit of Uganda and this will carry on the spirit for the next 50 years.

This new bottle comes at a time when Uganda Waragi has been bestowed with an international monde selection gold award for the fifth consecutive year. The same premium quality spirit will now come in a bespoke and iconic bottle.

“The roll out will be the main 750ml bottle and the rest of the bottles will follow suit in the few months time,” said Rhona Namanya.

“We are looking at putting our brand to the next international level. This new campaign will reveal over 50 years to drink the spirit and invite all Ugandans to try their own cocktails to enjoy with friends in bars or at home with some exciting commemorative merchandise to be won,” added Namanya.
