It was a party moment at Makindye, Kukibaati as Ziza Bafana and friends slaughtered a cow to celebrate his achievement of buying a new car. This celebration coincided with Idd and Bafana was able to kill two birds with one stone. Little did he know that this would be short-lived and he would be back to his usual car which he borrows from a friend.
News has it that the car was one of the items that Promoter Balunywa had given to Bafana for agreeing to perform at Kati Kati. However, when the Kati kati show was cancelled by KCCA, the promoter decided that the losses were to be shared with Bafana. He thus chose to repossess the car in order to pay up some of the debts he’d acquired.
It should be noted that Ziza Bafana had not yet received the Vehicle Registration certificate from the promoter. He was to receive it the next day after the show.
Well, word from the promoter has it that Bafana may reclaim his car after the show at Freedom city on the 30th of this month.
