Just one day to her up-close and personal concert, singer Lilian Mbabazi has come out to explain why she took long to stage a concert.

While doing an interview on a local radio station, Uganda’s talented vocalist made it clear that she took this long because she never wanted to give her fans something half-baked. She added that she now has management from DEG and Swangz Avenue and is finally very ready.

Lilian also promised to thrill her fans with an electric performance and assured them to be there in time since there will be no curtain raisers, implying that the show will kick off with her performing all the way till the end.

Lilian concluded by saying that she will perform all her songs such as Kuma Obude, Vitamin, Kawa, Dagala and many others including some new tracks that her fans have not heard yet.

She will hold her ‘Up Close & Personal’ concert this Friday, 21st August at the Kampala Serena hotel. Tickets go for 100K.
