I happened to discuss this with one of my friends when she told me that her parents were still very much in love. She said, “It’s blissful to see them sit together for morning tea and they make it a point to not miss that moment at any cost.” This is just one example. Rituals could be many. Something as simple as watching your favourite show together or simply going for an evening walk. The point is to have something that you do together every day.
2. Be appreciative of each other’s efforts.
Couples become unhappy the moment they start taking each other for granted. Usually, this happens after the honeymoon phase is over.
