Sadolin Paints has appointed Simon Kirumira as their new head coach in a two year contract deal ahead of the 2015/2016 season.
Kirumira’s appointment comes just days after the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) declared that the Painters’ Dutch man Jacques Meyer Van Der Walt was under qualified to lead the club in the capacity of head coach.
Sources close to the Jinja based club suggest that Kirumira came to terms with the club after their talks with Frank ‘Video’ Anyau failed to pull through.
The newly appointed Kirumira is Confederation of African Football (CAF) licence B holder, which means he matches up to the standards demanded by FUFA for any top flight club technician in the capacity of head coach.
CAF C licence holder Samadu Musafiri and the 24-year-old Dutch man, Van De Walt will be his two assistants.
