NTV The Beat presenter Douglas Lwanga was today preyed on by a fuel attendant at Shell Bukoto. Douglas revealed that he paid for fuel not caring about what the attendant was doing, but realized after he had covered a kilometre or so that the attendant didn’t actually put fuel in his Vehicle.
