Songstress Iryn Namubiru will perform in the UK come October. The “Anjagala” singer has landed a slot to perform at the Afrika Fest UK 2o15 slated for 3rd October in London.
The news was announced by her manager Johnson Mujungu, who also doubles as the organsier of the Afrika Fest. He said,“Uganda’s vocalist, singer, dancer and most acclaimed diva of all time,Namubiru Morel! AFRIKAFEST UK2015 performing artist live at the London Troxy Arena Oct 3 2015”
Iryn will perform alongside Zambia’s Mampi, Burundi’s Kidum among others. The event will be hosted by celebrated Ugandan comedian Anne Kansiime.
