Musician Bobi Wine’s wife, Barbie Kyagulanyi, has shared a few insights about her current pregnancy. Barbie, who got married to the Ghetto Gladiator known for his song ‘Time bomb’ back in 2011, said that he is the best husband ever as he put aside his work to take care of her during the first months of her fourth pregnancy.
Portraying Bobi as the rough musician who is a smooth family man, Barbie said that the first four months of her current pregnancy were the worst time of her life. She was quick to note that her loving husband decided to make her his full time job.
“The most difficult time was the first trimester. I could not do anything for myself and was in doors — in my bedroom for four months,” she said. “During this time, my husband cancelled all his shows outside the country because he had to feed me, clean the room and take care of the older three children.”
Barbie and Bobi have always been close despite rumours that the singer could have sired children outside marriage.
In a recent interview, Barbie revealed that she has the kind of husband she wished for while growing up. “He is my dream husband and a good father to my children. My future changed when I met him. Growing up, I wanted to be a resourceful woman. What I like about him is that he is a strategist, who is aware of everything he does,” she said.
Bobi and Barbie’s three children, Solomon Kampala Nyanzi, Shalom Namagembe and Shadraq Shilling Mbogo will get a new mate come August this year.
