Promoter Balaam Barugahara has been given a new job to control Ugandan music. The well-known event organizer who has put together some of the best events in the country was appointed to the juicy music job recently.
Balaam was appointed by the Ministry Of Gender, Labor and Social Development, Hon. Wilson Muruuli Mukasa who was presiding over the Music Industry Cover awards.
Balaam also got the nod from the Music Industry Advisory Board for his new role.
The awards were organized by the Music Industry Advisory Board in conjunction with The Ministry of Gender, Labor and Social Development at Simbamanyo House in Kampala.
