Ugandans are on a roll with meeting international celebrities. Latest on the rampage is photographer Papatrill Spoken Word alias Papa Shabani who recently met US rapper Big Sean at the South Side Festival in Germany. The dreadlocked rapper was quick to post a selfie with Big Sean, smiling like he had won a lottery.
