Ludacris and his wife, Eudoxie, have welcomed their first child together. The new mom announced the news via Instagram on Thursday, June 4.
“She is here,” she captioned a snapshot of a pink “baby girl” balloon and the couple’s dog. “#blessed #grateful.”
A source tells Us Weekly that the couple named their bundle of joy Cadence Gaëlle Bridges. She arrived at 7 pounds, and 4 ounces.
The Furious 7 actor [real name: Christopher Brian Bridges] surprised Eudoxie by proposing in front of their friends in late 2014. It was later revealed that Ludacris surprised his love with a gown that same day and the twosome said “I do” on the spot.
“Why wait? Did the thing before 2015,” the rapper, 37, captioned an Instagram photo of the newlyweds on Jan. 6. “#mrandmrsrbridges.”
This is the first child for Eudoxie and the third for Ludacris. The star is already dad to daughters Karma, 14, and Cai Bella, 14 months.
