Media consultant Joel Isabirye has praised Bebe Cool for his accomplishments and being a trendsetter in the music industry. This comes after Bebe Cool released a full music album dubbed Go Mama in it’s entirety recently. Joel posted on social media:
“i have not listened to go mama album yet.but i have seen quite some good reviews by people who can objectively describe it.i think bebe cool is a trend setter.1.he became the first ugandan dancehall artiste to create a band and consistently perform with that band the way he should do.they are not put together for a concert,they are his employees.2.he has become the first ugandan dancehall artiste in a long time to release an album which is not an ep (in terms of number of tracks).3.he has done the listening party the way record labels do album launches.it is the international standard.4.he has arranged an international record sale point (through amazon).distribution is probably the most important aspect of the music business after the studio part.5.lastly he is a man of focus.everything happening now bebe cool told me about in 2012/2013.his path was so clearly laid out.it should have cost a lot of time and money to do all these things he is doing now.but he has done them…every single thing he said he would do.even when he felt offended by jazz safari’s comment on the video of ‘love you everyday’ i had a conversation with him where he promised that whoever will ever get to listen to the album when he releases it will be blown away.i am seeing the comments of those who have listened to it and attended his listening party.”
