Mowzey Radio has stubbornly refused to apologise to promoter Balaam Barugahara despite an impending legal suit.
Balaam, through his lawyers, gave the “Neera” singer an ultimatum of 48 hours yesterday to make a public apology for the derisive comments he made about the renowned promoter at their concert that was held at Hotel Africana recently.
Radio is accused of calling the promoter an idiot who was trying to sabotage their concert. Radio has scoffed at the accusations saying that the “idiotic” Balaam he was referring to is his neighbour in Makindye with whom he had earlier had a disagreement.
He further claims he doesn’t know what Balaam is talking about since he never mentioned the second name (Barugahara) anywhere.
