It seems we have another reason to be proud of our country. Uganda won an accolade for the best African exhibitor in the Indaba Best Stands awards in South Africa yesterday.

Indaba is one of the largest tourism marketing events on the African calendar and one of the top three ‘must visit’ events of its kind on the global calendar.

There were many exhibitors down in South Africa and for Uganda to come out victorious is quite an honour and a good signal that, indeed, this is a Pearl of Africa.

This could, thus, boast the tourism sector as well. The Uganda exhibition stand was made possible by Uganda Tourism Board (UTB) and other stakeholders in the tourism industry. Black, Yellow, Red, we are proud.
