The King of Tooro Kingdom Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV was photographed sitting cross-legged while greeting the Prime Minister of Buganda Kingdom Charles Peter Mayiga at the recent birthday celebrations for Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Mwenda Mutebi II.
With creative Ugandans, the photo led to a social trend under the hashtag #OyoChallenge that went viral on social media with several people posting photos imitating the pose as they mocked the King of Tooro.
King Oyo laughed off the mockery and as he celebrated his 23rd birthday decided to participate in the challenge as he had fun with his friends and family members on his birthday.
