‪‎Mobile Pay TV Hits Uganda Market

Finally, Ugandans can now forget the hustle of having to run back home to catch their favorite TV programs, news or games as Multi choice Uganda introduces two new mobile pay TV devices.

The services which operate on mobile technology devices are delivered in digital television quality and will enable viewers to watch their favorite television channels anywhere everywhere.

The new mobile pay TV service, whose coverage so far is available in Kampala alone will soon roll out to other parts of Uganda in due time. What one does is buy the small mobile-like gadget that comes automatically connected either to DSVT or Go-tv.

The introduction of the mobile TV services brings to Uganda a new era in information communication services which comes with transformation of the economy.

For now, interested users will have to part with not less than 350000shs shs for the DSVT mobile gadget while for the GO-TV; one will have to part with not more than two hundred thousand. The gadgets include the walka7, walka 4.drifta wifi, drifta USB and I drifta.

DSTV mobile is now working to integrate a range of valuable products and services into the mobile TV environment using both broadcast and streaming technologies.
