The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) has organized the first ever Corporate Gala that is due next month on Saturday, 2nd May 2015. The tournament will be hosted at the FUFA Technical Center in Njeru, Jinja between 9:00am–6:00pm.
The federation has revealed that six Corporate Organizations have officially confirmed their participation in the inaugural FUFA Corporate Football Gala. The six teams are; FUFA XI, National Insurance Corporation (NIC), Airtel Uganda, Bidco Uganda Limited, Red Pepper Publications, and Post Bank.
The FUFA XI is highly expected to be led by the federation President Eng. Moses Magogo.
The FUFA Corporate football tournament has been organized as a means to share ideas and enhance the continued search for sponsors of the Sport in the country.
“The main purpose of this tournament is to interact and share ideas with the Federation’s current and potential sponsors,” Esther Musoke, FUFA’s acting marketing director told the federation’s website.
