Members of the Mayanja family were forced to lock up Jose Chameleone in the family house in Mityana in order for peace to ensue at the burial ceremony.
This was because many mourners were being distracted by Chameleone’s presence and the burial was almost hitting a deadlock.
The family members reached a decision and mutually decided that Chameleone stays inside the house for the sake of peace and order.
Chameleone accepted this decision and the burial was able to go on as planned. This means that he wasn’t able to participate in the final send-off of his young brother.
In other news, business was at its best in Mityana as vendors and hawkers sold all kinds of foods and drinks to mourners. Farmers in the area also used this moment to sell off their produce.
