In a recent interview Nigerian singer/songwriter Tiwatope Savage-Balogun aka Tiwa Savage, who performed at the Airtel Women’s day concert in Uganda a few days back, revealed that before she stepped in Uganda, she only knew musicians Navio and Eddy Kenzo.

However, she also revealed that she knows Jose Chameleone’s song Wale Wale  which caught her attention. When asked about Bebe Cool, she openly said she has never had of such a name in the music industry. But by the end of her Ugandan trip, she had got to know of singers like Sheebah, Cindy, Lillian Mbabazi and a few more others.

It turns out that though Bebe Cool refers to Kenzo as an upcoming artiste, he seems far ahead of him especially on the international scene. Hats off for Navio and Kenzo who have managed to sell Ugandan music on the international scene.
