Juliana Kanyomozi has revealed the secret to her success in this tumultuous music industry. Juliana who kicked offer her music career in the early 2000’s has managed to stay relevant over the years, proving to many a critic that she is arguably Uganda’s top female vocalist.
With a career spanning over 10 years and a host of hit songs, she has amassed a legion of fans, and even inspired many to tread her music path. Though she admits it has not been a bed of roses, and perhaps not possible to replicate her musical success, upcoming artistes can too forge their own success.
She thus encouraged upcoming musicians to follow their hearts when joining the industry and not let the decision be influenced by external pressure. She insisted that your gut feeling is always right, and often should be followed.
She continued to reveal that her success was partly due to her excellent people skills. She advised musicians to respect all players in the music business including fellow artistes and refrain from picking unnecessary fights.
She concluded saying that upcoming musicians should not lose their focus lest they wander off to other things.
