Pallaso premiered his highly anticipated “Twatoba“ video, a collabo with Davido, this week on NTV but this did not sit well with his newly acquired friend. Davido was so pissed to learn that Pallaso had released the video on local TV.
Davido, who expected the video to premiere on international TV channels, cited that the video playing on local TV would hinder the video from airing on MTV base.
Davido therefore asked Pallaso to immediately seize the video from NTV and make sure that it doesn’t appear at any other media house before MTV or Trace plays it.
“A presenter at one of the Industrial based TV stations was requesting Pallaso to give them the video, but he declined telling them to wait until further notice. He further warned that any station that aired it before he grants permission will be sued,” our source revealed.
We have further learnt that Davido has been so demoralized that he’s likely to never give a collabo to any other Ugandan musicians if the don’t understand the dynamics of business in the music industry. Pallaso rushed to apologise to him and we shall keep you posted to whether his appology is accepted or not.
