Amooti and Amarula family beef intensifies

After Amarula family, a group that comprised of comedians like Amooti Omubalanguzi, Messe, and Eddy Kigere lost their beloved leader Paddy Bitama last year, it was hit by wrangles that led to it’s disintegration. Their break up was largely attributed to disagreement on how to share profits from their shows and women, a factor that has led to the collapse of several other groups.

Amooti went on to start his own group while Messe and Eddy Kigere stayed with the old Amarula Family.

Amooti together with his new members released a song titled Owolubiina which went viral and has received massive airplay both on local TV’s and radios. Following the success of the song, Messe decided to xerox the same song, but attacking their own former partner and boss.

A fortnight ago, Messe released a video for the song shot and directed by Jay Boy from Qs digital studios owned by Vj Junior.

The video stars a vixen who mimics Amooti as they tell him to leave the young girl to study and stop yapping a lot.
