Following her announcement that she would hold a concert come August 28th this year, fans have applauded Irene Ntale’s courage and music growth promising to attend her show. At the same time, other singers have been rumoured to hold concerts on the same day thereby setting direct competition for Ntale. Among these artistes is Sheebah and Iryn Namubiru.
Sheebah seems to be serious, she is intent on holding a show on the same day as Irene Ntale. Her show will be at Lugogo Cricket oval while Irene will be at Hotel Africana people’s space.
However, according to our sources, Iryn Namubiru has no beef with Ntale and no intention of holding a concert on the same day as herself. “I’m not planning to hold a concert, at least not at the moment or on that very date, I can’t do such things,” Namubiru said insinuating that she has no beef with Ntale.
On the other hand, Sheebah will have to battle with Ntale on that day. The two babes are slated to fight for revelers and prove their dominance. This battle comes at a time when they are nominated in the same categories for the female artiste and artiste of the year in the HMA’s. They also had some conflicts last year when they found themselves in love with the same man, a musician.
