Wavah FM

By Lee Osbourne

The latest news reaching our desk indicate that Wavah FM owned by city businessman Gordon Wavamuno has been sold off to FUFA.

The sale of the radio station comes at a time when it has been reported to be facing financial challenges and that it could not continue operating anymore.

Moses Magogo, FUFA President confirmed the takeover of the station recently while addressing a press conference in Mengo, indicating that the station will help in promoting and boosting sports in the country.

He also added that the radio operations will take immediate effect and the station will be re-branded to FUFA FM.
