News reaching us is that Pastor Wilson Bugembe, the lead Pastor of Light the World Church, a recording artist, founder of the Worship Night & one of the directors of Mercy Childcare up, has dumped his longtime girlfriend Justine and hooked up with a new chic called Ruth.
Church members were shocked on Sunday when he introduced Ruth as his new chic and thanked God for her. He asked the church to support her because she has love for them and is willing to do God’s ministry in the church.
The Pastor known for his song Kani, handed over a parcel of money to Ruth before the church and thanked her for her support. “We need to thank Ruth for her selfless effort and the support that he has given me and the church as a whole. She is always here for the progress of the church and that is why I want to thank her before you all by giving her a gift of a brand new car,” he said.
Bugembe recently told the media that he is not ready for marriage. He said that he will wait for the right person to settle down with and have children. “You see marriage is not an institution that you run to, you have to be ready, have the patience and the maturity to handle it. I need someone who is God fearing, repentant and down to earth,” Pastor said.
Wilson is one of the few young single and rich pastors around Kampala. Girls at his church and beyond are always looking for every excuse available to have a chat with him. He claims that he was born with Aids but got healing from the Lord.
His ex-girlfriend, Justine, who served as choir leader and lead intercessor at the church, has since left the Nansana based church for Kayanja’s Rubaga based Miracle centre.
