BigEye.ug has learned that a good number of betting companies are in trouble following the incidences of last weekend. In just a day, over 5 billion Uganda shillings had been won by the betting maestros in Uganda.

This spells trouble for the once-booming betting industry in Uganda. Among the most affected betting companies is Top Bet sports Betting. The company is currently struggling with debts as many winners are yet to be paid.

The only company that survived the storm is Kagwirawo which was hammered close to 100 million over the weekend. It seems the matches of the weekend proved very difficult on the side of the companies, or perhaps the betters finally cracked the codes.

Kagwirawo is the only betting company that managed to pay all its winners. They had over 400 people winning upto 5M each. It was a cash bonanza in betting as most games went the predictable way.

We shall update you on the future of the other betting companies. Fans are threatening to sue some of these companies for failure to clear them.
