He has also worked with Interfin Merchant Bank Group of Zimbabwe as Group IT Director and Banking Operations (2000-2006).
James holds a Masters of BusinessAdministration and Bachelor of Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Zimbabwe. He is married with 3 children.
