Uganda Sand Cranes first choice goalkeeper, Michael Kalule has signed for Makerere University Business School (MUBS).
In an official statement, the FUFA competitions manager Ali Mwebe confirmed that the deal is complete. “The beach soccer category just like other football events is also witnessing the mid-season transfers. Kalule (Michael) has been signed by MUBS from Sand Pirates but the fee remains undisclosed,” reads the statement on the federation’s website.
The Sand Cranes goalie was part of the 17-man squad that head coach Harunah Kebba named to play in Uganda’s first international beach soccer friendly that played against Zanzibar on the 6th of December 2014 which they managed to win 5-4.
