One of the most sought after hip hoppers in the East African region, Daniel Kigozi alias Navio has teamed up with other top East African artistes on the “Gere” remix. The collabo features artistes from across the region including Tanzania’s Weusi, Kenya’s Nazizi, Collo and Rabbit.
We can bet when you listen to the song, you will agree hiphop in East Africa is alive. The song which is a mixture of English and Swahili, just shows how East African music has transitioned over time.
