Allan Toniks spent Friday night in coolers after he was nabbed by night police patrol for drunk driving. The Ku Mulamwa singer who had spent a night drinking at Panamera bar in Ntinda, could not survive the so called ”kawuyeemu” guys as he drove back home along Lugogo by-pass.

According to eyewitness, Toniks is said to have responded like an innocent child while he pleaded with officers but still was arrested and taken to Kiira Road police station where he spent a night. He was later released on Saturday afternoon after paying an undisclosed fine.

The RnB singer shared his experience behind police cells by posting a photo of him sitting on a police van on social media with the caption; “When “Kawunyemu” does it, just take selfies pon di ride”
