It must be hell for Kampala road based hangout, Club Rouge owners as the hangout has been closed several times. For the third time this year, the Kampala road based popular hangout has been closed due to failure to clear rent arrears.
According to reports, Club Rouge which has changed hands more than thrice in a single year, was forced to halt operations on Tuesday after owners of the club failed to settle their rent payments for the past quarter of the year. Reports also reveal that the building lacks proper maintenance and the sewer lines in the building are in a sorry state.
Nonetheless, the club management has promised to re-open very soon.
