Musician Desire Luzinda who turned herself in yesterday and was interrogated by Police officers at Naguru for 8 hours has requested for protection.
The singer whose nude pictures leaked a few weeks ago and had been on the run from Police since, decided to go to police and record her statement. Accompanied by two lawyers, a rather happy Desire told officers all they wanted to know.
“We don’t want to arrest her, we simply want to know the circumstances under which her shameful pictures made their way to the public domain and get information about Frankllin her ex-lover who is believed to be the mastermind of the whole saga,” said one of the officers after the interrogation.
We have also been told that the singer requested for Police protection while at the Naguru station. The singer, who has a new saucy video out called ‘Ekitone’ also said that some people have been trailing her since the nude photo saga. She added that she doesn’t know them and feels unsafe being trailed.
Police promised to look into her request.
