The Uganda Cranes camp has gotten a massive boost after their team captain Andrew Mwesigwa joined them as preparations for the Cranes clash with Ghana continue. According to FUFA, the F.C Ordabasey defender touched the ground at around 4 am on Wednesday morning.

Having missed Uganda’s clash with Togo in Lome following a suspension after having accumulated two yellow cards, Mwesigwa will be eager to take his position in the starting lineup. Mwesigwa was replaced by Isaac Isinde during the second leg tie with Togo.

The camp is now almost full just missing only one player by the names Geofrey Kizito whose whereabouts a yet to be known though unconfirmed reports suggest that the Gor Mahia skipper and Cranes star could have flown to Malaysia in search of greener pastures.
