In an exclusive interview, Bebe Cool revealed how hurt he was when songbird Rema Namakula left his Gagamel band for a solo career. Bebe Cool in a reduced tone admitted he had always counted on Rema for a continued legacy in music.

The Love you Everyday singer equated what happened to him when Rema left to a business you invest your all with hope that one day you will reap big.

“Rema was my biggest investment, I always counted on her to take on when I retire, she disappointed me,” a sobbing Bebe Cool said. “It’s like when you count on your egg business and all the eggs break, that is exactly what happened to me with Rema’s departure.”

Bebe Cool further revealed how he met Rema when she was only 11-years-old and has since groomed her till they parted ways. For once he sounded hurt, by the way.
