Stella Nantumbwe’s reign as Miss Uganda will definitely end today when the new Miss Uganda is crowned. The new Miss Uganda will be crowned tonight at Speke Resort Munyonyo. The participants are twenty young ladies who are beauty creams from different regions of Uganda.
