Arsenal have received a double injury boost, manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed.
Midfielder Jack Wilshere, who picked up a knock against Tottenham at the weekend, took part in full training on Tuesday and is available for selection for Wednesday’s clash Champions League clash with Galatasaray.
Meanwhile, Wenger has also confirmed that one of his long-term injured players, Theo Walcott, is also closing in on a return to first-team action.
Walcott, the England winger, has been missing since the first week of January when he ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament – an injury which also forced him to miss the World Cup.
