After flying in Jamaican star Chris Martin last week for a show at Freedom City, his promoters are now on the run. This comes after Martin’s shows flopped at Freedom City and Aero beach. The Promoters who didn’t have money to pay the venue owners decided to flee and could have left the country. Police is now involved.
As we write this, Aviation police in Entebbe has started a hunt for David of One Nation entertainment who was the chief organizer of the shows. Police has learnt that David entered into an agreement with the owner of Aero beach to pay 5million shilling for staging a show there. By 7pm on the day of the show, nothing had been set up at the beach yet a booking and preparations had been made. The owner of the beach called David, only to be told that the show was cancelled.
He immediately called police to handle the matter and have his money paid. The promoter is now on the run and the hunt is on.
