Radamel Falcao has reportedly accepted a £134,000-a-week deal at Manchester United as he moves to close his loan switch to Old Trafford.
United were surprisingly linked with Falcao overnight and a loan deal for about £12million has been agreed with Monaco for his services.
Now claims in Spain suggest the striker, who was also a target for Arsenal and Manchester City, has accepted a giant contract to join United.
AS say Falcao has agreed a four-year contract worth £134,000-a-week, which will be topped up by significant goal and trophy bonuses.
A private plane, which is due to fly from Nice to Manchester, has been booked – with Falcao expected to be on board.
United are thought to be keen on closing the transfer quickly so they can focus on other deals, including Juventus’ Arturo Vidal.
