Ahead of Uganda’s African Cup of nations qualifiers for the 2015 campaign, the Uganda cranes are said to have resumed training today morning in preparations for the second leg against Mauritania.

Players that attended today’s training session at Njeru included; Miya Farouk, Brian Majwega, Iguma Dennis, Ssebwato, Mutyaba Muzamiru, Savio Kabugo, Allan Kyambadde, to mention but a few.

Ivan Ntege who missed today’s training session with the national team is said that to have left for Albania where he is likely to play from next season along side teammate Francis Olaki at Talina FC should his move from KCC go through.

Kalid Awucho who was serving his match ban during the first leg will also join the team along side the mid-field general Tonnny Mawejje who also missed the first leg.

With about 16 players reported to have attended today’s training session, it however ended earlier than expected to give players and the coaching staff time to prepare for burial.

It was reported yesterday that Cranes assistant coach, Kefa Kisala had lost his mother, Miriam Nambi at Mulago hospital. Burial is scheduled for today in Mityana. May her soul Rest In Peace.
