Chelsea football club is about to complete the capture of Tiago Mendes on a free transfer from Atletico Madrid after the midfielder turned down a contract offer.
The Blues completed the signing of Tiago teammate Diego Costa few days ago and now they are set to bring back the midfielder too on a free, he played for Chelsea for one year in 2005.
The Stamford Bridge is not done yet as credible reports suggest they are also about to complete the signing of left back Felipe Luis from Atletico again at £20m fee.
It’s worth noting that the London side already secured the services of Cesc Fabrigas from Barcelona earlier in the transfer window.
