Nakawa Grade two magistrate, Rose Jolly Onyang last Thursday ordered Cindy Sanyu to hand over their child to former boyfriend Mario Brunetti.
Cindy and Mario have been in the middle of a battle on who to take their daughter while she is away performing. Brunneti told court that Cindy was booked for shows outside of the country in Rwanda and DR Congo and therefore asked for the child to be left with him until she returns.
Cindy wanted to leave the baby with her mother instead of Brunetti but the magistrate granted Brunetti temporary custody of the child but limited it to only the time when Cindy will be out for a show in DRC not while she is in Rwanda.
Cindy and the Cayenne Bar manager Mario broke up earlier this year in February this year putting an end to their decade-long relationship.
Whereas Mario has been laying low as Cindy frolicked with Phina Mugerwa’s ex-boyfriend Kenneth Muyisa who is based in South Africa, he recently came out to party. And party hard he did, at the recent Elyt Party Kings and Diamonds. He was even pictured getting heavy with a yet-to be identified female.
