Robin Kisti To Star In New Drama Set To Premiere Soon

NTV’s Robin Kisti will star in the new romantic basketball drama dubbed Basket 53, which is set to premiere next month(July). The movie is Uganda’s first dance movie and is produced by Havy Media and Adverts, a Film Production Company. The movie production team is headed by ace director and a creative performance guru Kevin Kix Byaruhanga.

Basket 53 will be the first ever basketball drama movie in Uganda. The movie is about K Junior, a 25 year old basketball player who still lives with his dad who was a basketball Champion in the 1980s. K Junior later discovers he is deeply in love with his best friend Lindsay (Robin Kisti the NTV Log in presenter) and needs all the support to realize his dream even when no one believes in him.

The movie is set to star several other stars including Nansiguza alia Sista Vich, a potential executive producer with Mr. Eddie Director, Goodenuff, Gerald Namanya, Francis Kasekende , Yvonne and Babangida Ibrahim.
