It was an absolute show of emotions filled with hugs and kisses on Sunday 15th June 2014 as MTN Uganda hosted lucky customers to a cocktail and dinner at Bukoto based high end Cayenne Bar and Restaurant to celebrate Father’s Day.
Guests, casually dressed in weekend wear, started arriving at the venue as early as 4pm to tumultuous welcome from an array of beautiful MTN girls lined down the steps leading to the poolside restaurant.
Affection from fathers to their loved ones was evidenced in the smiles and the warm hugs that they exchanged as they took selfies, kick starting a celebration which was coated by non-stop entertainment from the Gagamel Crew led by Raggae icon Bebe Cool. Drinks and food flowed, adding to the celebratory mood.
As the sun disappeared in the western hemisphere, guests took to the floor to dance to Bebe Cool’s,Fille and Maro tunes. The S and S Band also didn’t disappoint with their celestial sounds as the guests clapped and sung a lot to the popular beats like “Dance with my father” by the Luther Vandross.
Guests also took time off to share encouraging words of fatherhood as they interacted way past sunset as they made merry all night.
