News coming through from the diaspora is that Rajiv Rupereria, son and heir to celebrated city tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia was arrested some days back in the UK for one of the heaviest offences in Europe, drunk driving.
It was recently noticed the Sudhir was out of the country and this seems to have happened as soon the sad news landed in his ears. It is said that he flew to rescue the heir out of the UK jail. Sudhir may violate laws of the land, but the long arm of the law will catch up with him else where. Its is also reported that Rajiv has subsequently been banned from driving in the UK.
